ACCOMMODATION AND INFORMATION ABOUT MELBOURNE
Accommodation near Melbourne University
There is plenty of accommodation in the Melbourne CBD, which is only a short tram ride from Melbourne University. The hotels listed below, however, have reasonable rates, are nicely furnished, and are within a 5-10 minute walk of the University. Two of these hotels can offer special rates to conference delegates. We also suggest, however, that you try booking your accommodation online first through one of the many hotel bookings services available (Agoda, Trivago, Expedia, Wotif etc). You may be able to secure a good discount on the usual room rate online if you book in advance. These prices were quoted as of the 12th of January, 2015.
The Trivago website can be accessed here. (You can also set Trivago and similar sites to search for hotels within a 0.5 kilometre radius of the University.)
